Motivational Radio
Motivational Radio is a start-up online radio station out of NZ that just celebrated its first year in business. An idea born out of the desire of motivational speaker Mr. Motivator; Anthony Hosking of Christchurch NZ., to create the best and the biggest online radio in the world is well on its way to seeing this into reality.
Being an internet marketer for years Anthony noticed that a lot of sites were offering bogus info as a quick money grab to the unsuspecting home business builder. Many people come online searching for information and answers to questions regarding marketing and online tools to best build their business. It can be overwhelming and confusing when trying to find and decide who to trust. Being a motivational speaker for over a decade, Anthony Hosking knew the importance of staying motivated when stepping into building a business on your own so he thought it good to bring the two needs together in one spot.
After a few months of masterminding in the spring of 2009 Anthony Hosking hit the online airwaves August of last year with 2 listeners including himself. Motivational Radio was started with the listeners in mind. This new online internet radio broadcasts music, motivational messages and the best marketing and business tools and tips for building a successful business.
With vision and passion along with the drive to do whatever it takes, day by day the pieces started to fall into place. Slowly but surely with each broadcast more listeners would show up and then a few key people joined the vision to become members of a small team to bring this project from possibility into manifestation. This past week on August 18th during a motivational talk by Deremiah *CPE Motivational Radio topped 1 million listeners. This is an incredible success for this small start-up online radio station as they celebrate their first year in broadcasting.
Motivational Radio Celebrates One Million Listeners
The goal for 2010 was 100,000 listeners by Christmas. When that was met a few months back a new goal of one million was made. Now that that has been passed, a new goal will certainly be forthcoming. I can’t wait to hear what it will be.
What is great about online radio broadcasting is that you can keep it real. Real people sharing real content. When the numbers topped one million Anthony Hosking the station manager and owner interrupted the show to share the great news with the dedicated listeners and joined in celebration by singing along to the Queen classic We Are the Champions. 
Motivational Radio’s Hours of Operation:
At the moment this online radio broadcasts every Monday-Friday from 4-9pm EST with the goal of broadcasting 24/7 in the next 24 months. They are now renting the studio out to others who want to host their own weekly show at very reasonable rates.
