Ready For Google Me Part 2
Are you ready for Google Me? That is the big question for anyone paying attention to Google and the competition between them and Facbook and Twitter. If you follow closely you will even find political alliances with the different entities and top internet marketers and bloggers. You will really want to pay some attention to your set up though as Google ties in more and more of its tools.
In my last post, Ready For Google Me Chris Lang Predicts I mentioned some of the basics of getting set up with Google along with introducing you to Chris Lang who has been named the Nostradamus of Google. He was interviewed by the Marketing Professor, Travis Campbell in an exclusive interview where he first announced his predictions on Google Me. The following video is the conversation so plead do pay attention.

Conclusions and Observations
Looks to me like there is a lot more going on than meets the eye. If I understood correctly Google is going to provide options for a one stop show of all our online social activities and sharing. They will not be in competition really with anyone. From the platform you will be able to aggregate everything you want to keep updated on and pick and choose with whom you want to share what without leaving the platform including your gmail account which now has phone access SMS, chat and video chat. This is all within the same browser! The move from online to offline will be much more seamless as like-minded people connect from sites across the net whether they be for gaming, work education or social.
At the moment Google has made the coding accessible for developers to create and contribute through open source for the apps that their users find best for them…It will be highly personalized in the same manner Android phones and Apple’s iPad and iPhones are evolving. Our world is changing before our eyes.
Thanks for dropping by. Please join me in my GFC at the top right of the page and send me a friend message. Let’s see how easy it is to keep each other updated as things unfold.
